Description: We're seeking a passionate and experienced Holistic Wellness Coach and Integrative Nutrition Specialist to join our health and wellness center. In this role, you'll work with clients to develop personalized wellness plans that encompass nutrition, exercise, stress management, and lifestyle modifications. You'll empower individuals to achieve optimal health through a holistic approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one consultations to assess clients' health and wellness goals
- Develop customized nutrition and lifestyle plans
- Educate clients on holistic health principles and practices
- Facilitate group workshops on various wellness topics
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in nutrition and holistic health
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Health Sciences, or related field
- Certification as a Holistic Health Coach or Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
- 5+ years of experience in wellness coaching
- Strong knowledge of various dietary theories and holistic health practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to make lasting lifestyle changes
